Looking for a mobile home - or older home(basement a plus), OR mobile home AND a house OR 2 mobile homes. Mobile must be 14X74 or larger. Prefer with an addition unless it is a 16' wide or a double wide. Not absolutely necessary though if there is 1 or more storage buildings, barn or garage. Within 1/2 hour of shopping and within approximately 1 hour from an airport. Closer is better. Would like property to have a stream/creek on it but not absolutely necessary if it is within 40 minutes of a lake. If the property had a stream would be willing to sacrafice proximity to 'other' desires.
